Cost per Pupil is based on current expenditures as reported on each school district’s Annual Financial Report (DOE-25). The amount spent during the 2006-2007 school year was $12465.75 the current figure is an increase of $2931.85 or 23%.
On March 25th we reported the per pupil spending vs CPI for the fiscal years ending in 1998 - 2007 we will update that chart with the latest figures as time permits.
